Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original (if eligible), and placing a new order separately once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition: unused, unopened, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
